Flat Rate Standard Service -Local

Process Service is delivery or service of any document authorized by statute, rule, ordinance, regulation or court order that is evidenced by sworn proof of service (declaration) and signed by the person effecting the service.

Standard service of Process upon an individual, marital community, or business entity at one address: Includes unlimited attempts, mileage, return fee, documents fees, narrative declaration when required and at your option, filing the original proof of service with the court.

Flat rate does not apply to individuals that are actively evading service or to areas that require ferry service or toll bridges.

Service Priority Descriptions

• Routine Service  - At least a week to complete the job.
  1st attempt made within 72 hours, unlimited attempts thereafter. No additional charge unless bad address, skip trace, or wait time.
• Priority Service -To be served within 4 days or less.
  First attempt made within 48 hours. Charges for additional attempts plus mileage after three attempts.
• Rush Service - 2 day deadline.
  First attempt made within 24 hours. Plus mileage every attempt thereafter.
• Do Today - Need it done today? We can do that.
  Rates vary depending on location. Attempted within 12 hours. Plus mileage every attempt thereafter.
• ASAP - Quicker that 12 hours? We can do that too.
• SuperDuperServe - Is this guy hard to find? Evading?
  You might need a SuperDuperServe.
